Granite Digital Introduces "Save A Battery" line of automotive Battery Chargers, Maintainers and Testers.
Granite Digital, a leading manufacturer of electronic products has begun shipping its new line of Save A Battery Chargers, Maintainers and Testers. Designed to support all lead acid, AGM and Gel Cel batteries. They not only charge and maintain automotive type batteries but also test, monitor, alarm at low voltage (for "Deep Cycling"), rejuvenate, condition, power cycle and diagnose both electrical and charging systems. The built-in digital LCD displays the voltmeter read out to give you the most accurate current voltage. The All-In-One devices are not only small and easy to carry but incorporate a lightweight ergonomic design.
According to Frank Gabrielli, President of Granite Digital, "I designed the Save A Battery Charger because I was tired of having my classic cars and motorcycles not start when not used regularly. There was no simple way to tell if the battery was good, bad or even if the charging system was working. Not knowing usually led to unnecessary battery purchased and a lot of wasted time. What I really wanted was a device that would charge my battery, maintain and monitor it, tell me if it was good or bad, keep it in near perfect condition on an around the clock basis, rejuvenate the weakened battery and test my charging system. Should something go wrong I also wanted an audible and visual alarm to go off, an immediate warning when a problem occurs. The "Save A Battery" Charger does all of that and more! It will charge and car motorcycle, boat, ATV, golf cart, plane, RV battery and more. Once it finishes the initial charge, it swtiches modes and maintains and monitors the battery to maximum performance levels and thus extending it's life by years. Should the battery by bad, it tells you. If you connect the leads wrong, it tells you. If you have a problem with your charging system, it tells you and if everything is right, it tells you that too. Smart isn't it?
The Modular Cabling System (supplied with all models) offers the most versatile connection styles avilable. Supported are: Battery Terminal LUG, Battery Alligator Clip-On and Cigarette Lighter cables in both short and long lengths. Gold contacts are used to provide better conductivity in harsh garage and shop enviroments. All cable ends have a simple attaching loop that makes it easy to permanently fasten them to just about anything and moisture covers to keep the contact clean.
A unique mounting system allows the Chargers, Maintainers and Testers to be mounted on a wall or in a vehicle. The units can easily be removed and used remotely and then slipped back on the mounting bracket for long-term monitoring and maintaining.
